To mark the 550th anniversary of George Castriot Skanderbeg’s death, the Gennadius Library and the Embassy of the Republic of Albania to Greece organize an exhibition that celebrates the legacy of George Castriot Skanderbeg.

The opening event will take place on Tuesday, 6 November 2018 at 7pm in Cotsen Hall (Anapiron Polemou 9, Kolonaki) featuring Dr. Dorian Koçi, Director of the National Historical Museum of Albania and Dr. Machi Paizi-Apostolopoulou, Research Director Εmerita, Institute of Historical Studies, National Hellenic Research Foundation.

Dr. Paizi-Apostolopoulou will speak about the importance of her recent find “An unknown Greek biography of George Kastriot-Scanderbeg.”
